2025-26 Winter Seasonの予約受付について
2025年12月から2026年3月までの期間の予約受付について、以下の様な予定でいますのでお知らせいたします。
We inform you that we will be accepting reservations from December 2025 to March 2026 as follows.
・受付開始 5月13日火曜日日本時間12時（正午）
・Reservations begin on Tuesday, May 13th at 12:00 noon (Japan time)
・受付条件 Conditions for reservations
- １）3泊以上でご予約いただける方
Those who can make reservations for 3 nights or more
２）オンライン決済をしていただける方
Those who can pay online
３）早期受付特別キャンセルポリシーをご了承いただける方
Those who can accept the special early reservation cancellation policy
・宿泊日14日前までのキャンセル 100％ Cancellation up to 14 days before the stay: 100%
・宿泊日15～50日前のキャンセル 20% Cancellation 15-50 days before the stay: 20% - ※2025/4/11 30日前から50日前に変更しました。
- なお、既に昔からのお客様のご予約や団体様のご予約で予約を承れないお日にちもございます。ご了承ください。
また、受付開始日が変更になる可能性もございます。その際は、このページでお知らせいたします。 - Please note that there are some dates for which we are unable to accept reservations due to
existing reservations from long-time customers or group reservations.
